I found out about Free & Clear through a coworker of mine, and she said the patches worked wonders for her. She knew I was a heavy smoker and told me to give it a try. So I called the toll-free number and got my patches. The coach that I spoke with was very helpful; we talked for what seemed like forever. A week later my patches came in the mail and I started that following Saturday. I have not touched or wanted a cigarette for almost two weeks now. And my eating habits haven't changed either. I thought I would be eating everything in sight, but I'm not. I wanted to stop smoking, not only for myself, but also for my nephew.
