Today I opened my e-mail and received my one month quit congratulatory certificate. It's been a little rough for me for the past week and slipping has been a big concern. Opening this certificate made me really proud of my accomplishment so far, and made me feel less alone in this process. I emailed it to all those whom I wanted to know the progress I've made (and to be proud of me too - why not!!)
