"As I sit here reflecting on this accomplishment, I can't help but be proud of myself...Thank you for giving me my life back."

As I sit here reflecting on this accomplishment, I can't help but be proud of myself. I am in some ways astounded that I have made it to the one year mark without a cigarette. But then again, I know that the help that I received from  LM Healthworks' Quit For Life Program and Lockheed Martin Corporation is what made this quit happen, as well as the resources to maintain the quit.

For this I am forever grateful.  Thank you LM Healthworks.  Thank you LM Corporation.  Thank you for giving me my life back.
