The Mind & Body® Program is a comprehensive learning program designed to reduce weight, waist size and other modifiable cardio-metabolic risk factors that lead to diabetes, heart disease and premature death.

Through mastery of The 8 Essential Practices for a Healthy Mind & Body®, participants will gain the
knowledge, behavioral strategies, and cognitive skills necessary to achieve and/or maintain a healthy weight and reduce their risk of chronic disease.

The Mind & Body Program gets results. After 6 months in the program:

  • 85% of participants lost weight
  • 50% of participants were exercising 4 or more days per week
  • 61% of participants were eating 4 or more servings of fruit & vegetables per day
  • 90% of participants were satisfied with the program
