Implementing Free & Clear’s programs is a smooth and efficient process.


Because of our rigorous, well-defined procedure, our average client only has to dedicate between four to six hours to facilitate a successful launch. Once implemented, an average commitment of only one to two hours per month is needed to review monthly reports and associated goals and to plan for upcoming communication initiatives.

Integration

A comprehensive health and wellness strategy requires close integration and flexibility across service providers.


We have extensive experience working with health care systems, insurance providers and other health and wellness programs, thus increasing the reach and quality of services we can provide to our clients and participants.  Free & Clear is able to accept health assessment (HA) data from external sources to identify potential participants. Our recruitment team then facilitates by providing warm transfers from HA vendors, outbound recruitment calls, fax referrals and direct mailings to employees’ homes.

When you partner with Free & Clear, you will be assigned a Client Services Manager (CSM) who will act as your advocate and daily contact. Your CSM will help you manage the program through the life of the contract, ensure that operations are running smoothly, analyze reports and provide recommendations based on best practices, and provide a yearly recruitment plan including new monthly promotional tools developed by our marketing team.

Promotional Tools

In order to promote awareness of the Quit For Life Program and drive program participation, we provide our clients with access to an online tool kit comprised of promotional tools and communication materials. Each month, we provide our clients with a new promotional campaign, reminding tobacco users of the benefit and encouraging them to enroll. Our campaigns target the varied motivations people have for quitting and are focused on healthy behaviors and positive change. The materials can be customized with clients' branding if desired.
