Sandi Kaplan, MS, RD, Associate Director, Clinical Development & Support
Sandi is from South Africa and more recently Australia. Sandi is a dietitian with an extensive background in education. She holds a graduate degree in Education from Sydney, Australia and a Masters Degree in nutritional science from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA.
Sandi has extensive experience with teaching and educational program development, both at an undergraduate and graduate level and currently instructs nutrition and psychology students at Bastyr University. She is in training to become a Solution lifestyle provider in the Seattle area. Sandi is an accomplished speaker and has presented on a wide variety of topics for professional and community organizations. She is also a talented writer and produces articles and newsletters for a range of publications.
Sandi has also studied macrobiotic philosophy, application and cooking at the Vega Institute in California. Sandi enjoys spending time with her husband Mike tandem bike riding, dancing and reading. Their toddler Nathan loves to tandem bike ride, dance and read too!
