Summary
Free & Clear is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Product Management team. We are well-known for our successful behavior change programs which focus on helping individuals lead healthier lives through quitting tobacco, achieving and sustaining a healthy weight, and managing stress. The two programs, Quit For Life® and Mind & Body®, use a variety of coaching and educational methods to empower participants to make and sustain lifelong healthy behavior changes. Coaching services are delivered via phone, email and web, and include an innovative online behavior change application.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing existing features and designing new features for the Quit For Life and Mind & Body participant-facing web applications.
- Working closely with product and program managers to manage the feature and change request backlog and represent the voice of the customer to the software development team.
- Collaborate with product managers and graphic designers to define business requirements, user stories, use cases, user interfaces, and wireframes for new features.
- Using market research and end-user feedback you gather, you will participate in strategic product planning and bringing new feature ideas to stakeholders.
Responsibilities also include: conducting competitive analysis; capturing market need; collecting and analyzing end-user feedback; monitoring and interpreting feature utilization and user trends; training internal and external teams on new products and features.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Education, Licenses, and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree required, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager for Web-based software applications
- Experience authoring business requirements, user stories, use cases, and wireframes
- Experience gathering end-user feedback
- Experience with social media campaigns and online social networks
- Must be an energetic self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities, requires minimal hands-on supervision and is interested in working in a high energy entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and organizational capabilities
- Strong skills in all MS Office software including Visio required
