Health Care Benefits

Free & Clear offers all eligible employees the following benefits:

Medical Insurance - eligible employees receive medical insurance immediately upon hire. Spouses, domestic partners and dependent children are eligible for dependent coverage.

Dental Insurance - eligible employees receive dental insurance the 1st of the month following date of hire. Our dental insurance is provided through Washington Dental Service.

Vision Insurance - eligible employees may purchase vision insurance the 1st of the month following date of hire. Vision insurance is provided through Vision Service Plan.

Prescription Drug Benefits - eligible employees receive prescription benefits immediately upon hire with their medical insurance. Free & Clear employees pay a modest co-pay for generic prescription drugs and a higher co-pay for formulary prescription drugs. Free & Clear employees also have the ability to participate in a mail order prescription drug program.

Flexible Spending Accounts - Free & Clear employees may reimburse themselves for healthcare expenses on a pre-tax basis by establishing a flexible spending account (examples of eligible expenses are: prescription drugs, co-pays, vision expenses). Included with the Healthcare FSA is a debit card loaded with the elected FSA amount. The flexible spending also enables employees to pay daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis.

 

Retirement Benefits

Free & Clear has established a 401(k) plan with Fidelity to help employees take care of their financial future.

401(k) Plan - eligible employees can participate in their 401(k) immediately upon hire. Free & Clear will match dollar for dollar up to 3% with a yearly cap of $1000.

Retirement Education and Consultation - Free & Clear employees have access to semi-annual on-site seminars and online educational seminars that address a variety of retirement and financial planning topics.

 

Insurance Coverage

Free & Clear's insurance programs provide employee and family security. Free & Clear pays 100% of the monthly premiums for all coverage's below.

Life Insurance and Disability Benefits - Free & Clear pays 100% of the monthly premiums for life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment in the amount of 1x the employee's annual salary up to $50,000.

Disability Benefits - Free & Clear pays 100% of monthly premiums for short-term and long-term disability insurance.

Emergency Travel Assistant Insurance - Offered to eligible employees with emergency or personal issues while traveling.

 

Time Off

Free & Clear recognizes the importance of time away from work.

PTO Policy - We have a PTO policy that allows employees to have the flexibility, convenience and control over how time off is used.

Gym Membership Subsidy - Free & Clear subsidizes monthly gym fees for all employees enrolled in a gym or fitness center.

Weight Management Subsidy - Free & Clear subsidizes a portion of the weight management program for employees who participate.

Wellness Program - Free & Clear offers a fully integrated Wellness Program.

EAP Program - Free & Clear pays 100% of the monthly premiums for our employee assistance program. Our EAP assistance program has various components to utilize.

Telecommuting Options - Free & Clear offers the option to work from home for eligible employees. Options include working completely in-office, completely from home, or a combination of the two.

Bus Subsidy - Eligible employees can elect to participate in the subsidized bus pass program.
